How to use this shop
Shipping Term
Orders usually dispatch from my London Studio in the UK within two weeks. Shipping to Europe, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery from date of shipment. For deliveries outside the UK & EU 5-14 working days.
Packaging
Fine Art Prints will be packed in heavy duty tubes. Original artwork will be packed flat. We make sure all artwork is wrapped thoroughly and safe for shipping.
Postage
Postage is calculated prior to payment at the checkout and varies depending on the contents of your order and the destination of the delivery. Shipping will be executed with Royal Mail / FedEx, a tracking number will be provided. Please clearly nominate a delivery address. Every effort is made to dispatch artworks as quickly as possible, but specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Import Duties / Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.
Colours
Please keep in mind that the colours of artworks might differ from those onscreen. We try to capture the colours precisely but any monitor is calibrated differently. The way the artwork leaves the studio is the way Tisna intended it to be.
Original Artworks
Tisna works in different mediums. Original artworks are unique pieces of art, signed, titled and dated on the verso.
Fine Art Prints
All offered Fine Art Prints are archival quality prints on Matt Smooth Cotton Rag Fine Art 300 gsm paper. All prints are signed, numbered and dated on the front.
Screenprints
As opposed to digital prints, Screenprints celebrate the long tradition of handmade editioned art that has been practiced for nearly two millennia. And while there while there are multiple prints created from a a silkscreen, each one is truly an original work of art. All Screenprints are signed, numbered and dated on the front.
Copyright
When you purchase an artwork, you become the owner of the physical piece. The copyright remains with Tisna Westerhof. You may not rework or reproduce the image without written consent of Tisna.
Return policy
It’s important you are happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged during shipment, or if you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return the artwork in their original condition and packaging within 28 days. The buyer must assume the cost of the return postage.
Please inform us before returning any items.
Make sure to include contact information with the return and provide us with a tracking number. We will make a refund of eligible returns after receiving the returned good.
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. We are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. All shippings are insured.
